Become a Partner

Introduction

On March 31, 2006, the Capital Commission of Prince Edward Island and Meetings PEI merged to become Tourism Charlottetown & thePrince Edward Island Convention Partnership Inc. Tourism Charlottetown and the Prince Edward Island Convention Partnership is a non-profit organization led by a private sector board of directors. Year one of the organization proved very successful. Results of 2006 by market segment are outlined in this handbook. Year 2007 will build on this momentum with significant emphasis on our 5-Year Strategic Plan ~ Product the Oxygen of Success and to remain focused on SALES.

We are pleased to present our 2007/2008 Partnership Handbook. The handbook is organized by market segment. Our 2007/2008 (covering the period April 1/07 - March 31/08) sales and marketing plans for each market segment are outlined along with opportunities for partners to participate in some of the initiatives (when applicable). These opportunities are presented outside of the regular partnership fee.

It is our hope that this will allow our partners to plan and budget according to their business plans and segments deemed important to their business. Additionally, this handbook outlines the 2007/2008 Partnership Benefits and Rates. Please note that the partnership pricing structure for accommodations is now based on geographic location.
