Pond. For each convention with over 400 delegates, we roll out the red soil (or you
might say the “red carpet”).
We start by making your delegates feel special
when they arrive at the airport and it
continues throughout their stay.

by our Convention Ambassadors, with cookies as they arrive.
- Welcome Signage at the airport customized with your affiliations' logo.
- Streetlight banners customized with your affiliations' logo strategically hung throughout the Downtown core.
- Welcome signage at each convention hotel customized with your affiliations? logo.
- Welcome buttons and retail signage distributed to local merchants, restaurants, hotels, etc.
- Downtown Value Card - providing special discounts at participating Charlottetown merchants.
This special welcome package is valued at $2500 and is sponsored by the City of
Charlottetown and The Prince Edward Island Convention Partnership. We will co-ordinate
ALL the details and subsidize the program 100%.
Please note this offer is exclusive to conferences with over 400 delegates. Minimum
of 45 days notice is required and is based on registrant numbers no less then 30 days out.
