Employee Convention Hosting Program (ECHO)

The Employee Convention Hosting Opportunities (ECHO) program was developed to further strengthen Prince Edward Island as a premiere meeting and convention destination. ECHO?s mandate is to encourage and assist public service employees with hosting a meeting or event on Prince Edward Island and provides support throughout the entire process. These meetings or events can be affiliated with work related or personal groups.

Complimentary services include assistance with bid proposals, meet with local board or planning committee; gathering proposals for accommodations, meeting space, and all supplementary services such as social and companion programs, off- site functions and transportation, entertainment ideas, and gifts for delegates or speakers, etc. A variety of tools are also available to help make planning as simple as possible.
